		<description><![CDATA[Rondall Rice doesn&#039;t understand why Billy Mitchell is revered?  Allow me to explain.  He may have had warts but he also had the strength of his convictions and the courage to stand up for them.  Was he wrong for doing that?  Yes.  His methodology was wrong?  Did he deserve to be courtmartialed?  Yup. He was blatantly insubordinate.  But for those familiar with the body politic that is the upper levels of the military, we know that the Air Force as we know it would have taken many more years to be created had he not poked that big bear with a stick.]]></description>
