And I’m green with envy! I am an instructor with the Air Training Corps in the UK, after a life long career as an Air Force pilot. I love teaching and visual aids are the life-blood of any lesson, especially with technical subjects such as aerospace. The ATC is creating Regional Activity Centres around our country and within these we will have opportunities to provide top-class teaching, given the aids and other tools with which to do it. At the end, of course, it is the teacher themselves that makes the difference – I hope we can live up to our students expectations!
